1.Check if 5G hotspot is enabled.

2. Check if the registration of the casting software is activated.

3. Check if the caster is matched with the Android main board.

4. Check if it has installed the cast driver on computer.

5. If the screen cast is still unavailable, please refresh the Android firmware or reset the factory settings.

6. If the 2861 main board can not cast after sign in, it requires reset the factory settings, and connect hotspots for registration.
